The language of arbitration shall be Bahasa Indonesia. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. To the extent any matter falls outside the scope of arbitration, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar (Denpasar District Court).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last updated" date.
